To provide you with the services requested by you and to process your registration as a member of the Society, we need to know various personal information including your name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number.  Depending on the product that we are providing to you, we also need to know other information, such as financial information and/or information regarding your health.

The relevant information is then used by us, our agents and sub-contractors for the following purposes:

• To provide you with statements of your account as required, and to communicate with you on any matter relating to the provision of any service to you.

We endeavour to abide by the principles of the Data Protection Act by ensuring that we do not hold any information that we do not need and for any longer than necessary. Any payment transactions will be. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.  Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.
