  • 14th place in the national Financial Sector list

Rachel Hardy, Chief Executive, Foresters Friendly Society said, “Ensuring my colleagues are highly engaged is essential to delivering an efficient and caring service to our Members.

We have made a number of changes in the last 2 years to improve employee engagement from further enhancing our generous employee benefit package to sourcing new office premises – perhaps most popular was giving everyone a day off work to celebrate their birthday.

I am delighted that our efforts have been recognised by our Best Companies rankings and more importantly by our employees. I look forward to further developing our offering to maintain Foresters as an engaging and fulfilling place to work.”

Best Companies to Work For List and Best Companies Accreditation are nationally recognised as the standard in workplace engagement – measuring, improving and recognising great workplace engagement.
