Foresters Friendly Society ranked a ‘Best Company to work for’ in national survey
Announcements were made in the listings published by Best Companies on 18th February 2022, revealing we have achieved outstanding rankings of:
- 14th place in the national Financial Sector list
- 50th place in the Regional – South East category
- 43rd place at the national level category of Small Companies.
These achievements acknowledge the focus that we have put on employee engagement since we undertook our first engagement survey with Best Companies just over a year ago.

We have made a number of changes in the last 2 years to improve employee engagement from further enhancing our generous employee benefit package to sourcing new office premises – perhaps most popular was giving everyone a day off work to celebrate their birthday.
