If you need help at home, covering the costs can be prohibitive. To support members, discretionary grants are available to contribute towards the cost of Help at Home domiciliary care. Members can reclaim up to £730 in any two-year period, to go towards Help at Home costs. Alternatively, members can apply for a combination of one week Help at Home financial support and one week convalescence via our Convalescent grant, making this benefit flexible to your needs.

To apply:

1. Please read the terms and conditions below for Foresters Help at Home Grants.

2. Complete our application form and get your local Court (branch) Secretary to sign and return it to us at the address below.

Return address:
Foresters Friendly Society, Genesis Centre, Innovation Way, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, ST6 4BF.

3. If you do not know your local Court (branch) Secretary details, use our Court finder tool here.

4. If it is not possible for you to obtain a signature from your Court Secretary first, please return your completed
form to the address above or via email to [email protected].

5. We will then review the application and confirm its status accordingly.

“We applied for the Help at Home Grant as we need assistance for cleaning and other housework. The grant has helped greatly to pay for this assistance.

We do appreciate how quickly the award was dealt with and would like to express our thanks to everyone concerned.”
