2021 Member Satisfaction Survey
During 2021, we are running one of our regular surveys to collect feedback from a representative sample of members who had made claims or taken out new policies, as part of our ongoing commitment to ensure we provide a consistently high level of service.
It’s important that this is conducted by an independent research agency and that they make an effort to reach as broad and representative a range of members as possible, so that the survey results are a genuine reflection of our members’ opinions. We have asked our trusted research partner Marketing Means, a company partner of the Market Research Society, to run a telephone survey and online survey to conduct interviews with 500 members.
We have provided basic contact details to Marketing Means, simply name and phone number or email address, to enable them to make contact. The survey will be conducted in line with GDPR requirements, in that the details provided to Marketing Means will not be used for any other purpose and will be securely deleted at the end of the survey.
