The quarterly Court Meeting dealing with general business - Note changed date and start time
Court South Sussex 2454 Members Meeting
You are invited to join us at the Bridgemere Centre, Eastbourne, BN22 8TY.
This will be a Christmas themed social with the Cake Bake-Off, bake a cake for the cake competition which is judged by our charity representatives, then the cakes are sold off for our charities, join in the raffle, plus our charity cheque presentations, join us for a fun evening.

Arrive to a cup of tea/coffee followed by a tour through the festive rooms of the house decorated with trees, candles and twinkling lights. Traditional three course Christmas lunch in the Long Gallery with views across the gardens.
After lunch wander over to the Essex Barn for a performance of ‘Twas the Night before Christmas’ - expect a trip through time and traditions with music, singing and of course, some audience participation. Finish the afternoon with mulled wine and a mince pie and carols round the fireplace.

Court 808 Christmas Pantomime

Court 4558 - Stratford-upon-Avon Christmas market
Coach trip to Stratford-upon-Avon and its Christmas market. The coach will be picking up in The Wharf, Newbury at 7.45am and departing from The Square, Kingsclere at 8.00am. We will be leaving Stratford at 5.00pm. A £5 deposit is requested at the time of booking which will be refunded on the day for Court 4558 members.

Rock & Roll Pantomime
This year we are rock & rolling to Dick Whittington and his Cat. If you like pantomimes with great live music, you'll love this. Talented musicians and singers take you through the classic pantomime comedy, with heroes, madly-dressed dames, silly animals etc.
Court 808 Christmas Lunch
Our Christmas lunch will include the usual Christmas Fayre plus a welcome drink. A quiz and raffle will take place.

Buxted Park Christmas Lunch
Come and join us for a special Christmas lunch in a private dining room at this fabulous hotel where Georgian styling meets modern comfort. At a cost of £44 to our members (£55 for non-members) you will receive a glass of prosecco/juice on arrival, canapes, a 3-course lunch followed by tea/coffee.

Court 7626 Court Meeting (Virtual via Zoom)
Please note: this last meeting of the year will be held via Zoom video conferencing. If you would like to attend, please contact the Court Secretary with your email details and you will be added to the circulation list.
The Court meets at Garsington Village Hall, 111 Oxford Road, Garsington, Oxford, OX44 9AT at 7.30pm. Dates for 2023 are: Monday 13th March (Annual Court Meeting), Monday 12th June and Monday 11th September. The final meeting of the year will be held virtually (Zoom) on Monday 11th December. Dates may change or meetings may be held virtually due to circumstances so please check before travelling.
All adult members are very welcome to attend Court meetings and to take part in the meeting proceedings. Please advise the Secretary in advance so that the meeting room can be set up to accommodate everyone attending.
