Contribute up to £4,368

In addition to the initial sum paid by the government, from 6th April 2019 you can pay up to £4,368 per year into our Child Trust Fund which is in line with the Junior ISA contributions allowance.

What guarantees do you offer?

What's more, we guarantee the amount you pay into the Child Trust Fund is the minimum your child will receive when they turn 18, so the more you pay in the larger their cash lump sum will be.

In the unlikely event that we could not honour the guarantee (i.e. If we were declared insolvent), you may be entitled to make a claim on the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

Other benefits of your child's Trust Fund

As a Foresters member, your child will have access to Foresters Extras - a range of discretionary benefits we offer at no additional cost.

Once your child has been a Foresters member for six months, they can take advantage of benefits such as:

  • discretionary grants, including Educational Awards to assist with the costs of higher education or training

These membership benefits aren't regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or the Prudential Regulation Authority and are regularly reviewed by us to make sure our members get the best options.
